Spicy Chicken and Sausage Skillet

Preparation 1. Season the chicken thighs with paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside. 2. Slice the sausages into rounds. 3. Prepare the vegetables by slicing the onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, and chopping the celery. 4. Chop fresh parsley and slice green onions for garnish.

Cooking 5. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. 6. Add the seasoned chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside. 7. In the same skillet, add the sliced sausages and cook until browned. 8. Add the onions, bell peppers, and celery. Saute until the vegetables start to soften. 9. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook for a few minutes. 10. Return the chicken to the skillet and let everything simmer together for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the flavors have melded. 11. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
