Spicy Noodles

Cooking the Noodles Boil 3 cups of water in a pot and add 8 oz of noodles along with 1 tsp of salt. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

Preparing the Spicy Sauce In a small bowl, combine 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of chili oil, 1 tbsp of sriracha sauce, 1 tsp of grated ginger, 1 clove of minced garlic, 1 tsp of honey, and 1/2 tsp of sesame oil. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Assembling the Spicy Noodles In a large mixing bowl, toss the cooked noodles with the spicy sauce until well coated. Ensure the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.

Adding Toppings Top the spicy noodles with sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, sliced red bell pepper, shredded carrots, and chopped peanuts. Mix gently to incorporate the toppings with the noodles.
