Herb-Crusted Cream Dory Fish

Preparation 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.Pat dry the cream dory fish fillets with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.

Preparing the Herb Crust 3. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, dried parsley, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

4.Drizzle olive oil over the herb mixture and mix well to create a crumbly texture.

Coating the Fish 5. Dip each cream dory fish fillet into the herb crust mixture, ensuring an even coating on both sides.

6.Place the coated fillets on the prepared baking sheet.

Baking the Fish 7. Bake the herb-crusted cream dory fish in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.

Serving 8. Garnish with fresh parsley leaves and serve the fish hot with a side salad of mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
