Delicious and Beautiful Pudding

1.Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan. Slowly whisk in milk until smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.

2.In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks. Gradually whisk in a cup of the hot milk mixture. Return the egg mixture to the saucepan. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

3.Pour the pudding into serving dishes. Cover with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface of the pudding to prevent a skin from forming. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

4.Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce over the pudding and sprinkle with toasted almonds. Enjoy the delicious and beautiful pudding!
