Ultimate Burger Trio

Classic Cheeseburger Preheat the grill or pan on medium-high heat. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then shape into 4 patties. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked to your desired doneness. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill. Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, and mustard.

Spicy Jalapeno Burger Preheat the grill or pan on medium-high heat. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and any desired spices, then form into 4 patties. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side. Place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking. Toast the hamburger buns. Spread chipotle mayo on the buns, then assemble the burgers with jalapeno slices, red onion, and pickled jalapenos.

Gourmet Mushroom Swiss Burger Preheat the grill or pan on medium-high heat. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then shape into 4 patties. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side. Top each patty with a slice of Swiss cheese during the last minute of cooking. Sauté mushrooms and onions in a pan until caramelized. Toast the brioche buns. Spread truffle aioli on the buns, then assemble the burgers with arugula, sautéed mushrooms and onions.
