Spicy Tomato Pasta

1.Boil a large pot of water and add a pinch of salt. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2.In a separate pan, heat some oil over medium heat. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until translucent.

3.Add chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until they soften and release their juices.

4.Season with salt, turmeric, and chilli powder. Stir well to combine all the flavors.

5.Add sliced chillies for extra spice and cook for a few more minutes.

6.Finally, mix in the cooked pasta and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the spicy tomato sauce.

7.Serve hot and garnish with fresh herbs or grated cheese if desired.
