New Year Korma

1.In a large pan, heat ghee over medium heat and sauté the sliced onions until golden brown and caramelized.

2.Add the boneless meat to the pan and cook until it browns evenly on all sides.

3.Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Mix well and cook for a few minutes until the raw smell of the spices disappears.

4.In a blender, combine almonds, cashew nuts, yogurt, and cream. Blend until smooth to make a creamy paste.

5.Pour the creamy paste into the pan with the meat. Stir well to combine and let it simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.

6.Add saffron strands, garam masala powder, and salt to taste. Mix well and continue to simmer for another 5-10 minutes until the meat is tender and the flavors have melded together.

7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
