Cheesy Tomato Potato Casserole

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.Grease a baking dish with oil or butter to prevent sticking.

3.Layer half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom of the baking dish.

4.Add a layer of sliced tomatoes on top of the potatoes.

5.Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the tomatoes.

7.Pour the milk evenly over the layers in the baking dish.

8.Cover the dish with aluminum foil to trap the moisture and prevent burning.

9.Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

10.Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the cheese on top.
