Christmas Potato Balls

1.Peel and boil the potatoes until they are soft. Mash the potatoes in a large bowl.

2.Add breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, chives, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper to the mashed potatoes. Mix well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.

3.Shape the potato mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.

4.Roll each ball in flour to coat evenly.

5.Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

6.Fry the potato balls in batches until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.
