Sweet Badam Pisin Delight

1.Soak the Badam Pisin in water overnight or for at least 6 hours until it swells and becomes soft.

2.In a pot, bring 1 liter of water to a boil.

3.Add the soaked Badam Pisin to the boiling water and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4.Once the Badam Pisin is fully dissolved and the mixture thickens slightly, add the sugar and stir until it completely dissolves.

5.Add the elachi (cardamom) powder to the mixture and stir well to combine.

6.Remove the pot from heat and let it cool down to room temperature.

7.Once cooled, transfer the mixture to serving bowls or glasses.

8.Garnish with chopped almonds on top before serving.
