Peanut Butter Jelly Quesadilla with Mexican Cheese

1.Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter, allowing it to melt and coat the pan.

2.Spread 1/4 cup of peanut butter evenly on one side of each tortilla.

3.Spread 1/4 cup of jelly on top of the peanut butter on one of the tortillas.

4.Sprinkle 1/2 cup of Mexican blend cheese over the jelly-covered tortilla.

5.Place the second tortilla on top, peanut butter side down, creating a sandwich.

6.Pour the milk into the skillet around the edges of the quesadilla to help steam and melt the cheese.

7.Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and crispy.

8.Carefully flip the quesadilla using a spatula and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

9.Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing into wedges.
