Liquid Aloo Paratha Delight

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and cumin seeds. Mix well.

2.Gradually add water to the flour mixture, kneading until you form a soft and pliable dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.

3.In another bowl, mix the boiled and mashed potatoes with garam masala, chopped cilantro, lemon juice, and yogurt. Stir until well combined to create the filling.

4.Divide the dough into equal-sized balls (about the size of a golf ball).

5.Take one ball of dough and flatten it slightly. Roll it out into a small circle on a floured surface.

6.Place a generous spoonful of the potato filling in the center of the rolled-out dough circle.

7.Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling to seal it completely, forming a stuffed ball.

8.Gently flatten the stuffed ball and roll it out into a larger circle, being careful not to let the filling spill out.

9.Heat a tawa or skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the rolled-out paratha on the skillet.

10.Cook for about 1-2 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip it over and apply a little oil on the cooked side.

11.Cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes, pressing gently with a spatula to ensure even cooking. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.

12.In a small bowl, mix the yogurt and water to create a liquid mixture. This will be served alongside the parathas for dipping.

13.Serve the hot liquid aloo parathas with the yogurt mixture on the side for a delightful experience.
