Spicy Meat Masala Chapathi Rolls

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the maida with a pinch of salt and enough water to knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

2.In a large bowl, cut the meat into small pieces and add meat masala, chili powder, turmeric powder, masala powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the meat evenly with the spices.

3.Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated meat and cook until it is browned and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

4.Once the meat is cooked, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.

5.Divide the rested dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a thin chapathi using a rolling pin.

6.Heat a tawa or skillet over medium heat and cook each chapathi for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and keep warm.

7.To assemble, take a chapathi and place a generous amount of the cooked meat mixture in the center. Roll the chapathi tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides as you go to create a wrap.

8.Repeat the process for the remaining chapathis and meat mixture.

9.Serve the spicy meat masala chapathi rolls warm, optionally with a side of yogurt or chutney.
