Magical Unicorn Meatloaf with Celery

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, and milk. Mix until the breadcrumbs are evenly moistened.

3.Add the finely chopped celery, onion, and minced garlic to the meat mixture. Stir to combine.

4.In a small bowl, beat the eggs and then add them to the meat mixture along with the Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

5.Transfer the meat mixture to a baking dish and shape it into a loaf.

6.In a separate small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard to create a glaze.

7.Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.

8.Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

9.Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
