Milka Maria Cheesecake Delight

1.Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.In a food processor, crush the Bolacha Maria biscuits until they resemble fine crumbs.

3.In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed biscuits with melted butter and sugar. Mix until well combined.

4.Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.

5.In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

6.Add the melted Milka chocolate, eggs, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the cream cheese. Mix until fully combined and smooth.

7.Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled biscuit crust in the springform pan.

8.Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.

9.Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional 10 minutes to cool gradually.

10.Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set completely.

11.Once set, carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and slice into pieces to serve.
