Spiced Butter Chapati Rolls

1.In a small pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds until fragrant.

2.Add the chopped onions, bell peppers, and grated carrots to the pan. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are soft.

3.Stir in the coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes, mixing well to combine the spices with the vegetables.

4.Remove the pan from heat and add the chopped cilantro and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside to cool slightly.

5.Take one half-boiled chapati and spread a tablespoon of the remaining butter evenly over it.

6.Place a generous amount of the spiced vegetable mixture in the center of the chapati.

7.Roll the chapati tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides as you go to create a secure roll. Repeat this process for the remaining chapatis.

8.In a clean pan, melt the remaining butter over medium heat. Place the chapati rolls seam-side down in the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

9.Remove the rolls from the pan and let them cool slightly before slicing them in half. Serve warm with yogurt or chutney on the side.
