Cheesy Beef Broth Gelatin Bites

1.Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

2.Add the diced beef to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

3.Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

4.In the same pan, add the diced onions and carrots. Sauté until the onions are translucent and the carrots are tender, about 5 minutes.

5.Return the beef to the pan and pour in the beef broth. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

6.In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin powder in 50ml of cold water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.

7.Once the beef mixture has simmered, remove it from the heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.

8.Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then stir in the grated cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.

9.Pour the mixture into a mold or a shallow dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.

10.Once set, cut the gelatin into bite-sized pieces and serve chilled.
