Creamy Beef and Broccoli Casserole

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and milk, mixing until smooth and creamy.

3.Add the shredded beef, steamed broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.

4.If using, fold in the cooked rice to the mixture for added texture and heartiness.

5.Transfer the beef and broccoli mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.

6.Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.

7.In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with a drizzle of olive oil (optional) and sprinkle them over the cheese layer for a crunchy topping.

8.Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

9.After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.

10.Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
