Creamy Spinach and Walnut Delight

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spread the walnuts on a baking sheet. Toast them in the oven for about 8-10 minutes until they are golden and fragrant. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.

2.In a skillet over medium heat, add the chopped spinach and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

3.In a food processor, combine the toasted walnuts, sautéed spinach, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, ground cumin, and red pepper flakes. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

4.Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper according to your preference. Blend again to incorporate the seasoning.

5.Transfer the creamy spinach and walnut dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

6.Serve chilled with pita chips, fresh vegetables, or as a spread on sandwiches.
