Spicy Maggi Noodles with a Twist

1.Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

2.Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.

3.Stir in the ginger garlic paste and cook for another minute until fragrant.

4.Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and start to break down, about 3-4 minutes.

5.Sprinkle in the garam masala powder, salt, and pepper, stirring well to combine the spices with the tomato mixture.

6.Pour in 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.

7.Once boiling, add the Maggi noodles and the tastemaker from the packets.

8.Cook the noodles for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure they don't stick together.

9.After 2 minutes, check the noodles; they should be cooked but still slightly firm. If you prefer them softer, cook for an additional minute.

10.Once done, remove from heat and let it sit for a minute to thicken slightly.

11.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
