Chocolate Pudding Cornflake Crunch

1.Prepare the chocolate pudding according to package instructions and set aside to cool.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the cornflakes and granulated sugar, mixing well to ensure the sugar coats the cornflakes evenly.

3.Pour the melted butter over the cornflake mixture and stir until all the cornflakes are evenly coated with butter and sugar.

4.Spread the cornflake mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

5.Once the cornflake topping is cool, layer the chocolate pudding in serving dishes or a large bowl.

6.Top the chocolate pudding with the crispy cornflake mixture, pressing down slightly to adhere.

7.Drizzle a little milk over the top for added creaminess if desired, and serve immediately.
