Savory Beef and Cheddar Stuffing Balls

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, stuffing mix, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, beef broth, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

2.Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add a little oil to coat the bottom.

3.Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

4.Once the skillet is hot, add the meatballs in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through.

5.Remove the meatballs from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.

6.Serve warm as an appetizer or main dish, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
