GD's Mac n Cheese

1.Preheat Oven to 375°

2.In a saucepan, heat the butter, add the flour and incorporate using a wood or silicon spoon. Cook for 4-5 minutes until light caramel brown.

3.Add milk and mix well with a whisk. Add sour cream and whisk. Add the Heavy Cream and mix thoroughly. Cook at low-medium heat for approximately 10 minutes.

4.Add the cheeses. Make sure all the cheeses have melted. Add salt, pepper, sugar and nutmeg.

5.Add the cheese sauce to the cooked elbow pasta.

6.Butter the inside of a 9"x13" baking dish. Pour in the macaroni mixture. Spread evenly across baking dish.

7.Top with bacon, Colby cheese, and Parmesan cheese.

8.Bake approximately 25 minutes or until it is golden brown. ENJOY!
