Cottage Cheese Sugar Cookies with a Zesty Lemon Twist

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, granulated sugar, and softened butter. Mix until smooth and creamy.

3.Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture, and beat until well combined.
