1.Begin by washing the red cabbage, pineapple, and red grapes thoroughly under cold running water to remove any dirt or impurities.

2.Chop the red cabbage into smaller pieces to make it easier to blend. You will need about half of a medium-sized red cabbage.

3.Cut the fresh pineapple into chunks, ensuring to remove the core and skin. Measure out one cup of pineapple chunks.

4.Place the chopped red cabbage, pineapple chunks, and red grapes into a blender.

5.Squeeze the juice of two limes into the blender, ensuring no seeds are included.

6.Add half a cup of cold water to the blender to help with the blending process.

7.Blend all the ingredients on high speed until smooth and well combined. This should take about 1-2 minutes depending on your blender's power.
