Velvety Cream Cheese Frosting

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and unsalted butter. Beat them together on medium speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.

2.Add the icing sugar gradually, one cup at a time, mixing on low speed to avoid a sugar cloud. Once all the icing sugar is incorporated, increase the speed to medium and beat until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

3.Mix in the vanilla extract, ensuring it's evenly distributed throughout the frosting.

4.If the frosting is too thick, add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time until you reach your desired consistency. Beat well after each addition.

5.Once the frosting is smooth and creamy, it's ready to use. Spread it generously on your favorite cakes or cupcakes.
