Crispy Chicken Tenders Wraps with Spicy Chick-fil-A Sauce

1.In a medium bowl, combine the buttermilk with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Add the chicken tenders and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

3.Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or frying pan to 350°F (175°C). The oil should be deep enough to submerge the chicken tenders halfway.

4.Remove chicken tenders from the buttermilk, letting excess drip off, then dredge each piece thoroughly in the seasoned flour mixture, pressing to adhere.

5.Carefully place the coated chicken tenders in the hot oil. Fry in batches for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C). Remove and drain on paper towels.

6.In a small bowl, mix the Chick-fil-A sauce with hot sauce to create a spicy version. Adjust the heat level to your preference.

7.Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 20 seconds per side until pliable and slightly toasted.
