Egg & Cheese Tortilla Wraps in an Air Fryer

1.In a medium bowl, crack the eggs and whisk thoroughly with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder until well combined and slightly frothy.

2.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter until foaming.

3.Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook gently, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are softly scrambled but still moist, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.

4.Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the scrambled eggs onto the center of each tortilla.

5.Sprinkle the shredded sharp cheddar cheese and shredded Italian cheese blend evenly over the eggs on each tortilla.

6.Carefully roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap, tucking in the sides to prevent filling from spilling.

7.Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.

8.Place the wrapped tortillas seam-side down in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not touch to allow even air circulation.

9.Air fry the wraps for 6-8 minutes or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy, and the cheese inside is melted. Halfway through cooking, carefully flip the wraps for even crisping.

10.Remove the wraps from the air fryer and let them cool for 1-2 minutes before serving.

11.Optional: While the wraps cook, toast Texas toast garlic bread in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy, to serve alongside the wraps as a flavorful accompaniment.
