Creamy Vegetable Alfredo Pasta with Knorr Pizza Sauce

1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.

2.While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.

3.Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly to prevent burning.

4.Add the red bell pepper, zucchini, broccoli, and mushrooms to the skillet. Sauté for 6-8 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp, stirring occasionally.

5.Reduce heat to low and stir in the Knorr pizza pasta sauce, mixing well with the vegetables.

6.Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Let the sauce simmer gently for 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.

7.Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sauce and vegetables. Toss gently to coat the pasta evenly. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.

8.Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and fully incorporated. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

9.Remove from heat. Serve the pasta hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley for a bright, fresh finish.
