Spicy Jerk Smoked Salmon Pizza with Sweet Peppers

1.Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.

2.Prepare the Smoked Salmon: Lay the smoked salmon slices flat on a cutting board and sprinkle evenly with the Jamaican jerk seasoning. Gently rub the seasoning into the salmon. Set aside.

3.Prepare the Creamy Base: In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream (or yogurt), fresh lime juice, black pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.

4.Assemble the Pizza Base: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust.
