Crispy Nutter Butter Bars

Preparation Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Crust In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Nutter Butter cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking dish to form the crust.

Filling In another bowl, mix together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, softened butter, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until well combined. Spread the mixture over the crust.

Topping Pour the melted chocolate chips over the peanut butter filling and spread evenly.

Baking Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before cutting into bars.
