Oreo Cake with Pressure Cooker

Preparation of the Cake Batter Separate the cream from the Oreo cookies and crush the cookies in a bowl, then set aside. In a blender, combine the Oreo cream, milk, flour, sugar, vegetable oil, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and well combined.

Pressure Cooking the Cake Grease a cake pan and pour the batter into the pan. Add 1 cup of water to the pressure cooker, place a trivet inside, and carefully place the cake pan on the trivet. Close the pressure cooker lid and cook on medium heat for 25 minutes. Release the pressure and carefully remove the cake pan from the pressure cooker.

Preparing the Oreo Cream Filling In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.

Assembling the Cake Let the cake cool completely. Once cooled, carefully slice the cake horizontally into two layers. Spread the Oreo cream filling on the bottom layer and place the top layer over it.

Garnishing and Serving Decorate the cake with whipped cream, crushed Oreo cookies, and optional chocolate syrup. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side if desired.
