Butternut Kürbis Soup

1.Peel the butternut kürbis, remove the seeds, and chop into cubes.

2.In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until softened.

3.Add the butternut kürbis cubes to the pot and pour in the vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the kürbis is tender.

4.Stir in the spice blend and coconut milk. Simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes to blend the flavors.

5.Use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6.Serve the soup hot, garnished with fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
