McSpaghetti

Preparation of the Spaghetti Boil a pot of water and add salt. Once the water is boiling, add the spaghetti noodles and cook until al dente. Once cooked, drain the spaghetti and toss with a little vegetable oil to prevent sticking.

Preparation of the Meat Sauce In a pan, sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Pour in the tomato sauce and ketchup, then season with salt, sugar, and black pepper. Simmer until the sauce thickens. Add the hotdog slices and cook for a few more minutes.

Assembly Place a serving of spaghetti on a plate, spoon the meat sauce over the top, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
