Hazelnut Dib

Preparation In a mixing bowl, combine the roasted and finely chopped hazelnuts, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.

Forming the Dibs Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls using your hands. If the mixture is too sticky, you can lightly dust your hands with cocoa powder. Place the formed dibs on a lined baking sheet.

Coating with Chocolate Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each dib into the melted dark chocolate until fully coated. Tap off any excess chocolate and place the coated dibs back on the baking sheet.

Chilling Transfer the baking sheet with the coated dibs to the refrigerator and chill for about 1 hour, or until the chocolate has hardened.

Serve Once the chocolate has hardened, the hazelnut dibs are ready to be enjoyed. Serve them as a sweet treat or gift them to friends and family.
