Turkey Stuffed Onion Rings

Preparation Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Coating Mixture In a shallow dish, whisk together the flour, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

9.Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.

Stuffing the Onion Rings Take a baked onion ring, press it gently to flatten it, and place a spoonful of the turkey filling in the center.

11.Top the stuffed onion ring with another baked onion ring and press the edges together to seal.

12.Repeat the stuffing and sealing process for the remaining onion rings and turkey filling.

Frying the Onion Rings In a deep pot or fryer, heat the oil to 375°F (190°C).

14.Carefully place the stuffed onion rings into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

15.Remove the onion rings from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

Making the Dipping Sauce In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the dipping sauce.
