Condensed Milk Pancakes

Preparation of the pancake batter In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, condensed milk, eggs, and water. Mix until well combined.

Preparation of the pan Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Grease with butter or cooking spray.

Cooking the pancakes Pour 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

Finishing the pancakes Repeat with the remaining batter.

Garnishing and serving Serve the pancakes hot, dusted with powdered sugar and topped with fresh fruits.
