Cheeseburger

Prepare the patty In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Shape the patties Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.

Cook the patties Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

Melt the cheese During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.

Toast the buns Toast the buns on the grill or in a separate toaster until lightly golden.

Assemble the burgers Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the bottom half of each bun.

Add the toppings Place a cooked patty on each bun, followed by bacon, tomato slices, onion slices, and a lettuce leaf.

Finish the burgers Close the burgers with the top half of the buns.

Serve Serve the cheeseburgers immediately.
