Cheesy Sausage Macaroni

Cook the Pasta Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and set aside.

Prepare the Sausages Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly. Slice the sausages into bite-sized pieces.

Make the Cheese Sauce In the same skillet used for cooking the sausages, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden. Gradually whisk in the milk, and continue cooking until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble the Dish Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, sliced sausages, and cheese sauce. Mix well to coat everything evenly. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Drizzle the tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, and mayonnaise over the top. Use a spoon to gently swirl the sauces into the mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
