Chicken Stir Fry

Marinade In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken breasts with soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Stir Fry Sauce In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, and chicken broth to make the stir fry sauce. Set aside.

Stir Fry Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir fry until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Stir Fry In the same skillet, add the sliced onion, bell pepper, julienned carrot, broccoli florets, sliced mushrooms, snap peas, baby corn, and water chestnuts. Stir fry for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Stir Fry Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour in the stir fry sauce. Stir everything together and let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

Serve Serve the chicken stir fry over steamed rice or noodles. Enjoy!
