Caramel Layer In a medium saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, water, and corn syrup for the caramel layer. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture comes to a boil.

Peanut Nougat Layer In a large saucepan, melt the unsalted butter for the peanut nougat layer over medium heat. Add the granulated sugar and evaporated milk, stirring until smooth.

5.Bring the mixture to a boil and let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in the marshmallow fluff, creamy peanut butter, vanilla extract, and chopped salted peanuts.

6.Pour the peanut nougat mixture over the cooled caramel layer and spread it out evenly. Allow it to cool and set completely.

Candy Bar Coating In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips and vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each interval, until smooth.

8.Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut nougat layer and spread it out evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate is set.

9.Once the candy bar has hardened, remove it from the baking dish and cut it into individual bars or bite-sized pieces.
