1.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Grilled Chicken In a small bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.

3.Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken into thin strips.

Sauce In another small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, honey mustard, and lime juice to make the sauce.

Assembly To assemble the Dodsters, spread a spoonful of the sauce onto each tortilla. Top with a few slices of grilled chicken, 2 slices of bacon, a handful of shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.

6.Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go. Slice each Dodster in half diagonally and serve.
