Nori-Wrapped Pollock with Soy Sauce

1.In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the marinade.

2.Place the pollock fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for 30 minutes.

3.Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

4.Take one sheet of nori and place a marinated pollock fillet on top. Wrap the nori around the fillet, ensuring it is fully covered. Repeat with the remaining fillets and nori sheets.

5.Place the wrapped pollock fillets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the nori is crispy.

6.Serve the nori-wrapped pollock with soy sauce on the side for dipping.
