Prepare the Dough In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, and matcha green tea powder for the dough.

Preheat the Oven Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Filling Peel and core the green apples, then slice them thinly.

7.In a bowl, toss the apple slices with lemon juice, granulated sugar, and matcha green tea powder until well coated.

Prepare the Topping In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and matcha green tea powder for the topping.

Roll out the Dough Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out into a circle that is approximately 1/8 inch thick.

Assemble the Jade Apple Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

12.Arrange the coated apple slices on top of the dough, leaving a border around the edges.

13.Sprinkle the topping mixture over the apple slices.

Bake the Jade Apple Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the apples are tender.

Prepare the Glaze While the Jade Apple is baking, prepare the glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar, matcha green tea powder, and enough milk to create a smooth glaze.

Serve the Jade Apple Remove the Jade Apple from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

17.Drizzle the glaze over the Jade Apple, then slice and serve.
