Chocolate Pudding for Christmas Pudding Haters with Hot Chocolate Sauce

Preparation Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease four individual pudding molds or ramekins.

Assembly and Serving Remove the pudding molds from the water bath and let cool for a few minutes. Run a knife around the edges of the molds to loosen the puddings, then invert onto serving plates.
