Ultimate Cheese and Ham Burger

Preparation of Burger Patty In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper. Divide into 4 equal portions and form them into burger patties.

Grilling the Patties Preheat the grill. Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

Assembling the Burgers Toast the hamburger buns. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom half of each bun. Place a grilled beef patty on top of the cheese, followed by 2 slices of ham, a few cucumber slices, and a sprinkle of grated dark chocolate. Add lettuce and tomato if desired. Spread the sauce on the top half of the bun and place it on top of the assembled burger. Serve immediately and enjoy!
