Preparing the Mascarpone Mixture In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla extract, and matcha green tea powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Whipping the Cream In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Incorporating the Mascarpone Mixture Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.

Preparing the Coffee Soaking Liquid In a shallow dish, combine the strong brewed coffee, coffee liqueur, and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Assembly Dip half of the ladyfinger biscuits into the coffee soaking liquid and arrange them in the bottom of a serving dish.

6.Dust the soaked ladyfingers with half of the matcha green tea powder.

7.Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the dusted ladyfingers.

8.Repeat the process with the remaining ladyfinger biscuits, coffee soaking liquid, matcha green tea powder, and mascarpone mixture.

9.Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Serving Before serving, sprinkle the top with cocoa powder for a finishing touch.
