Filet Mignon Pasta

1.Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the filet mignon pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned on all sides.

2.In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

3.Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce has thickened slightly. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.

4.Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

5.Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the filet mignon sauce. Toss gently to coat the pasta evenly.

6.Serve the Filet Mignon Pasta hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
