Savory Chicken and Rice Skillet

1.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2.Add diced onion, minced garlic, and chopped bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

3.Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the chicken breast. Cook until the chicken is browned on all sides.

4.Stir in paprika, oregano, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken and vegetables with the seasonings.

5.Add white rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the chicken and vegetables.

6.Pour in chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the chicken is cooked through.

7.Stir in chopped cilantro and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
