Asian Glazed Pork Chops with Corn and Green Beans

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar to make the marinade.

3.Place the pork chops in a shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Reserve the remaining half for later. Marinate the pork chops for at least 15 minutes.

4.Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.

5.Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and brush them with the reserved marinade. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked through.

6.While the pork chops are baking, heat the canned corn and green beans in separate saucepans until warmed through.

7.Serve the Asian glazed pork chops with the canned corn and green beans on the side. Enjoy!
